General 

• All scholarships are for full registration fees only and uniforms.  Team travel expenses are not covered. 

•  Scholarships are granted on a season basis and must be submitted prior to the beginning of each season (Fall and Spring).

• Applications for scholarships will be kept confidential. 

Criteria and documents 

• To qualify family household income should not exceed the Federal Poverty Level (see example the following 2022 data:

•  Household tax returns should be presented together with latest rental agreement to apply for the scholarship.  

Obligations of the Scholarship Recipient

• Player will attend all practices and games unless otherwise excused by the team coach. 

• Parents should always mark player availability for games and practices on the Teamsnap. 

• Player missing more than 10% of practices and games will be required to pay the full amount at the end of the season and they will not be eligible for future scholarships.
